Qualifications

• Provides direct nursing care to clients in a 24/7 residential setting.
• Understanding of substance use and co-occurring disorders treatments.
• Documents planned interventions, observations, and patient status in medical records.
• Transports clients as needed and supports recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services within the 24/7 residential program.
• Monitor and manage medications and side effects in collaboration with medical staff.
• Contribute to care planning and treatment coordination for adults with SUD/mental health issues.
