Gillette Children's is hiring a 0.8 FTE Registered Nurse for 8-hour night shifts on weekdays, with a 12-hour schedule 7pm-7am every 3rd weekend, at the St. Paul Main Campus. The role involves cross-training into the PICU within 12 months and completing training within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing program (RN).
• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• PALS certification required for Nursing Support.
• Cross-train into the PICU within 12 months of hire and complete within 18 months.

• Provide direct patient care across inpatient units using the nursing process.
• Deliver family-centered nursing care and education.
• Practice autonomously with sound clinical judgment and delegated supervision.
