Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN required and IL RN license active.
- ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN within 3 years of employment.
- BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes patient data and develops an individualized care plan.
- Directs care and coordinates nursing activities with the team.
- Collaborates with patient, family, and physicians to ensure coordinated care.
- Participates in shared governance and unit projects.
- Evaluates patient responses and documents the care provided.
- Uses evidence to guide nursing practice and improve outcomes.
