Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse Inpatient to deliver high-quality nursing care during 7p–7a shifts with every third weekend rotation. A BSN and IL RN license are required, with BLS certification essential.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes patient data and develops an individualized care plan.
• Directs care and utilizes nursing staff effectively.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and health team members to achieve outcomes.
• Participates in governance, committee work, and unit projects.
• Evaluates patient responses and documents progress in the health record.
