Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Holden Family Practice in Holden, MA. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a 38.75-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday with a rotating shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days from hire.
• 1+ years RN/LPN experience.
• Experience with EPIC EMR.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient care directly to patients or via telephone management.
• Plans for care with patient and healthcare team.
• Implements interventions and evaluates the plan of care.
• Administers medications and monitors therapies per policy.
• Document all aspects of patient care and education.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
