Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong accountability, teamwork, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based practice and standards of care.
• Communicate with patients and care team about status and plans.
• Administer medications with bar-scanning and documentation systems.
• Document care in Point-of-Care electronic records.
• Provide patient/family education for health maintenance.
• Discharge planning for safe transition and follow-up.
