RN Emergency Dept - 12N - 36HRS Local Rate within 60 Miles: See AM

Location: 7503 Surratts Rd Clinton, MD 20735

Responsibilities

• Triage and care in General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
• IV therapy and starting IVs; Phlebotomy
• Isolation precautions
• Care of ventilated patients (CPAP/BiPAP) as applicable

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 2 year(s). Note: Within past 8 mo, candidate must have worked in an ED setting that has at least 45,600 visits per yr (125/day); RN MUST HAVE triage experience hardstop
• Charting System: Required, Any
• Teaching Hospital Experience:
• Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
• LTAC Experience:
• Travel Experience Required: Yes. Note: Must have travel (do not screen if no prior travel exp) HARDSTOP
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Cerner EMR experience*, NIHSS, PALS
