Cynet Health is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Hastings, MN. Shifts run 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must have at least 2 years in an emergency department and hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. First-timers accepted; weekend work up to 4 of 6 weekends; no on-call required.

The role requires the ability to interpret dysrhythmias, perform 12-lead EKGs, and manage multisystem organ dysfunction. Epic charting experience is preferred.

Description: The position is for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse.Shifts are 12 hours, from 7 PM to 7 AM.Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the emergency room setting.First-time travelers are accepted.There is a weekend requirement of working up to 4 out of 6 weekends.Candidates must hold current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.No on-call requirements.The clinician will float as needed within their scope of practice to meet facility needs.Candidates cannot accommodate a block schedule.Local candidates are not accepted beyond a 100-mile radius.Past experience in a general emergency department is essential, including adult and pediatric patients.Responsibilities include interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.Candidates should be skilled in obtaining 12-lead EKGs.Experience with medications including continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation administration and monitoring is necessary.Professional topics include isolation precautions and triage.Epic charting experience is required.The facility is an acute care teaching hospital with 29 staffed beds.
