Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and families; communicate clinical concerns promptly.
• Lead and delegate tasks within scope of practice to ensure efficient care delivery.
