Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare seeks a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care for SIH patients in Carbondale, IL. The role requires an RN license and current CPR/BLS, ACLS/PALS within specified windows.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, teaching patients and families, and documenting care. Collaboration with the care team and occasional supervision duties are included.

Qualifications

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Establish a compassionate environment to provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patient and families.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to plan, implement, and evaluate an individual plan of care.
