St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a dedicated Emergency Department RN to provide patient-centered care in a 24/7 environment at the Fruitland ED. The role supports a small rural community while aligning with a broader health system mission.

You will work 0.6 FTE with 2x12 hour shifts per week, rotate days/mid shifts, and enjoy certification pay and comprehensive benefits as part of a caring team committed to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state of practice
• 1+ year RN experience; Emergency Nursing preferred
• BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care in a 24/7 Emergency Department setting
• Coordinate with Lab, Medical Imaging and RT to ensure timely patient flow
• Self-schedule in 6-week blocks; rotate shifts (days/mid) and participate in 0.6 FTE part-time schedule
• Receive certification pay and other benefits as part of the role

St. Luke's Fruitland Emergency Department is in the West Treasure Valley and our only stand-alone emergency facility. Fruitland is a scenic rural town snuggled along
the Snake River. It has many orchards that remain in the area adding to the country charm. The small rural community is part of an area that is growing and gives a small town feel with lots of amenities in town or just across the bridge in Oregon. Ongoing commercial development brings new jobs and growth to the area. The housing market remains stable compared to other areas of growth.

What you can expect from this role

• 3 RNs 24/7 with one of them as dedicated Charge Nurse
• 2 RNs that come in and work shifts to help cover busier times
• LAB, Medical Imaging, RT available 24/7
• Self-scheduling in 6-week blocks
• This is a 0.6 Part-time variable shift; 2 x 12 hour shifts/week-toggle between days/mid shifts
• Certification pay available

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
• Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; Emergency Nursing highly preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
