Job summary

St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center is hiring an Emergency RN for the busiest ED in Idaho. The role features a team-based nursing model with 1:4 to 1:5 patient ratios, dedicated ED pharmacist and 24-hour social worker support. Sign-on and relocation assistance are offered for new hires.

Requirements include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 1+ year RN experience (emergency nursing preferred), and current RN license with BLS certification. Evening/nights rotate.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year RN experience; Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure and BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department delivering patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with ED pharmacist and social worker to coordinate care.
• Participate in ongoing education and certification opportunities.
• Follow hospital safety standards and promote a safe work environment.

What you can expect from this role

• Join the busiest ED in the state of Idaho

Schedule

Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications:Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
