Essentia Health Moose Lake Hospital in Moose Lake, MN seeks an Emergency Services Technician with RN credentials to support patient care in a rural setting. The role requires 48 hours per pay period, rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights), and weekend rotation as part of a 1.2 FTE.

Eligible hires may receive incentives up to $7,500 ADN or $10,000 BSN. Shift options include Day/Night rotations with potential remote/hybrid arrangements; compensation ranges from $40.05 to $59.60 per hour,

Education Qualifications

Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. This position will work the following: 48 hours per pay period Every Third Weekend Rotating 12 Hour Shifts Day Shift: 6:00AM - 6:30PM Overnight Shift: 6:00PM - 6:30AM Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN)

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

• Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
• Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year of hire and only required to obtain once.
• Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification within 1 year
