Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated RN to lead resident care under Minnesota BON standards. You will assess health needs, develop and implement care plans, supervise CNAs and nursing staff, and ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, documentation accuracy, and ongoing compliance with QA/QI programs. Active RN license, CPR, and CGFNS or equivalent credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• CGFNS certificate or equivalent credentialing organization, or full unrestricted license in Minnesota, or passage of the NCLEX-RN exam.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence and best practice into nursing care.
• Oversee CNAs and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities.
