How you’ll make an impact in this role
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Long-Term Care Experience: 2+ years of clinical RN experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing (SNF), or Assisted Living, with strong knowledge of LTC state regulations.
Leadership Background: Prior experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Clinical Lead, or Unit Manager overseeing staff compliance.
Onboarding Skills: Direct experience leading preceptor programs and managing new-hire clinical orientation.
