Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus, located at 3500 Franciscan Way, Michigan City, Indiana 46360, is seeking an RN for night shifts. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care and coordinating care plans with the team. Travel to related Franciscan emergency sites is required occasionally.

Minimum start pay is $34/hour plus a float adder. Prior emergency/critical care experience is preferred; BLS and ACLS are required; TNCC/ENPC preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Required: BLS - Basic Life Support
• Required: ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

Responsibilities

• Provide total comprehensive care to patients and families.
• Develop, implement, reassess, and evaluate each patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
