Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Develops care plans for new admissions and updates as needed.
• Delivers designated nursing interventions per the medical plan.
• Performs procedures in the specialty service area.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.
