AdventHealth Parker is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 4T medical-surgical unit in our state-of-the-art Parker facility. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to evidence-based standards in a Magnet-designated center.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active credentials.
• Experience in Med/Surg settings preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Document accurately in the medical record and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
