Job summary

AdventHealth Parker is seeking RNs for a new 4T unit in a state-of-the-art inpatient tower. You will provide comprehensive nursing care on a Level II Trauma Center with Magnet designation, delivering holistic patient care from assessment to discharge.

Qualifications

RN license in Colorado (or eligible) and BLS certification required.
Minimum 1 year ICU experience for ICU track; PCU experience noted for alternative track.
Active nursing license and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
