Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate and revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
