• Experience with data entry and hospital systems.
• Epic and 3M experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) in clinical care with evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care that reflects cultural diversity and adapts to patient needs.
• Collaborates with patient and family, including bedside handoffs and rounds.
• Partners with care team to document and coordinate safe, quality care.
