Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 159-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Massachusetts, is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. Full-time and PRN opportunities available with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm for FT and multiple evening/night options for PRN.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $55 per hour, with up to $3.50 shift differential and Daily Pay. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, medication administration, and collaborating with

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.
