Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Chelsea, MA, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM. $5 PIB, $2 evening/night diff, and a $6,000 sign-on for FT or $3,000 for PT.

Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $57, all inclusive. Join a 188-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility committed to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards and the physician’s plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
