Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Danvers, MA is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for full-time and PRN roles. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($40–$55), up to $3.50 shift differential, and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, with daily pay options. Join our compassionate team committed to resident health and dignity.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required and current.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
