Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiothoracic Stepdown at Lankenau Medical Center. This Night Shift role requires 1 year of telemetry or stepdown experience and PA RN licensure (multi-state via compact okay).

BSN preferred with tuition reimbursement opportunities. The position offers 36 hours per week with night or day/night rotation, up to 200 hours PTO annually, employee discounts, and free parking.

Qualifications

One year of telemetry and/or stepdown nursing experience required.
PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.
Provider BLS (American Heart Association/Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

Care for cardiothoracic stepdown patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Participate in nursing committees, unit councils, evidence-based projects, and clinical ladder activities.
