Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active RN license in Arkansas or compact state.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
  • 2+ years of critical care experience preferred.
  • Experience caring for high-acuity patients across ED/ICU/stepdown is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Float across Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Progressive Care units.
  • Provide highly skilled nursing care to acutely ill patients.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain and strengthen critical care competencies.

This is not an entry-level float position. This role is designed for experienced nurses who are confident in their clinical judgment, adaptable to changing patient needs, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications:

Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or compact state

Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) through the American Heart Association

Preferred: 2+ years of critical care experience
