Mercy Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care within an acute care setting. The role emphasizes accountability, confidentiality, and collaboration with multiple departments to deliver high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will hold a state-approved nursing program credential, an active RN license, and BLS certification, with at least one year of acute care experience.
Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Mercy Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.

Certification/Registration: BLS Other Skills: Equipment Used: Unit-Specific. Preferred Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in acute care. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.
