Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• If ADN-trained, enroll in a BSN program within 12 months and complete within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient nursing care to patients with varying complexity.
• Collaborate with nurse leaders and colleagues to develop standards of care.
• Develop and document a plan of care for highly complex patients.
• Identify goals of nursing interventions and advocate for patients.
• Document information integrating nursing assessment with pathophysiology and therapy.
• Promote safety and quality while coordinating care for complex patients.
