Job summary

Qualifications

• If prepared with an associate degree, enroll in BSN within 12 months and complete within 4 years.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies current and potential complex problems and plans appropriate interventions.
• Collaborates with nurse leaders to develop standards of care.
• Develops and documents a plan of care for highly complex patients.
• Serves as patient advocate and communicates concerns to the care team.
• Coordinates and delivers care to ensure safety and quality.
• Participates in unit committees and quality improvement activities.
• Supports ongoing clinical evaluation and education within the unit.
