Responsibilities

• Identifies current and potential complex nursing problems and plans appropriate interventions.
• Delivers proficient nursing care to patients and families.
• Documents patient information reflecting assessment data, pathophysiology, and therapy.
• Coordinates and delivers care to patients with complex nursing needs to ensure safety and quality.
• Participates in unit committees and supports Pathway to Excellence standards.
