Job summary

Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, complete baseline assessments on time, prepare for physician rounds, and initiate referrals as needed. You will deliver nursing care within policy, monitor residents for changes, perform medical documentation and reports, and support the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the IDT to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure baseline and periodic assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for physician rounds and document for review.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and facility policy.
• Monitor residents for changes and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
