Job summary

Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites in Florida is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to deliver medications, supervise Medication Aids where applicable, and supervise care in a skilled nursing setting. You will monitor resident conditions, support activities of daily living, maintain documentation, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families.

The role requires an active LPN license in good standing in the state; experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Support activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
