Job summary

Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites in Florida seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our faith-based team. You will provide direct patient care under supervision and support daily living activities for residents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, completion of a state-approved CNA program, and an active Florida CNA license. We offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

Requires completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
Active Florida CNA certification in good standing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move residents safely.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding).
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
