Job summary

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation in Lakeland, FL is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team. You will deliver high-quality resident care, oversee daily nursing operations, and help maintain safety and clinical excellence in a busy long-term care setting.

You will lead the nursing staff, ensure compliance with state regulations, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Leadership, organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle fast-paced healthcare settings.
• Long-term care or rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee daily nursing operations within the facility
• Ensure nursing staff compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Participate in facility surveys, inspections, and audits
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain quality standards of resident care
• Address resident concerns and promptly report complaints or grievances
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive resident outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document resident care and clinical updates
