Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites in Florida seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead care delivery and supervise RN/LPN teams in a compassionate, faith-based environment. You will oversee medications and treatments while ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include admissions and routine assessments, rapid response to changes in conditions, daily living support, meticulous documentation, and clear communication with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
