Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey RN license required.
• BLS/CPR cert within 60 days of hire.
• 6+ months nursing experience OR Nurse Residency Program participant.
• NICU experience preferred.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Pediatric IV therapy and bereavement cert preferred.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care per updated evidence-based practices.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team about status and plans.
• Administer medications with bar-scanning and documentation tools.
• Document observations and interventions in real-time.
• Provide patient and family education to support health goals.
• Assist with safe discharge planning and transitions.
