Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home skilled nursing care across assigned territories. You will supervise nursing staff, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, and ensure high-quality care delivery for diverse patient ages.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR certification, and travel to patient homes with a valid driver’s license. Strong leadership and regulatory compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
