Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to oversee in-home skilled nursing care within a designated territory. The role requires supervising nursing staff, conducting initial and re-evaluation assessments, and ensuring care plans align with physician orders.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least one year of hands-on nursing experience, and a valid driver's license. Travel to patient homes is required and CPR certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review orders and update care plans
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with operations and business teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
