UHS is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our dedicated Home Care team. This leadership role is responsible for managing the delivery of nursing and therapy services, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of nursing and therapy services to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.
  • Coordinate patient care to promote positive outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Supervise, orient, and support clinical staff; conduct performance evaluations and ensure ongoing competency.
  • Monitor documentation, productivity, and cost-effectiveness to meet department goals.
  • Partner with the Clinical Management Team to address clinical concerns and support field staff.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Educator to provide orientation and continuing education.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and efficient scheduling for weekday and evening coverage.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies, including HIPAA.
  • Support quality improvement efforts and prepare reports as needed.
  • Participate in meetings, on-call rotation, and act as a resource for field staff.
  • Foster a customer-focused, collaborative approach with patients, families, and team members.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Two years of home care experience as a community health nurse or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State
