Tenet Healthcare in Detroit, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN) - Pre-Op to lead care delivery, assign staff, and ensure safe patient flow.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, support staff development, participate in unit and hospital activities, and help with process improvements. Requires MI RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS; ACLS preferred.
Up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus, based on relevant experience.

In addition to the staff nurse role, the Clinical Coordinator assumes shift responsibilities for the care delivery team. The coordinator assists in coordinating the provision of care through assigning and scheduling staff, prioritizing, delegating, and evaluating patient care. They assist in process improvement activities, work with the interdisciplinary team to problem-solve system and unit-based issues, provide input into nursing staff performance appraisals, assist with staff educational requirements, participate in unit and hospital activities, and demonstrate commitment to personal and professional goals. The Clinical Coordinator supplements staffing under direction of the Administrative Director and/or Clinical Manager and takes an abbreviated patient care assignment to maintain leadership responsibilities.
