Job summary

Alomere Health seeks a registered nurse (RN) to join the Dermatology team in Minnesota. This part-time (0.8 FTE) role supports dermatology services, including patient assessments, injections, phototherapy, wound care, and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities include assisting the dermatologist, providing patient education, coordinating follow-ups, and triaging dermatology-related calls while maintaining professional, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MN RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred ACLS certification and ambulatory care experience.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist the Dermatologist with office procedures.
• Perform injections, immunizations and medications as prescribed.
• Manage phototherapy and wound care/bandaging.
• Complete thorough documentation in the EMR and assist with triage calls.
• Provide patient education on tests, medications, and procedures.
• Assist in rooming and follow-up scheduling for dermatology patients.

This position is responsible for providing physical and psychological support to patients’ friends and family members.
