St. Luke's Health - Patients Medical Center in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care across inpatient and outpatient services.

You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery and safety. Candidates must have an Associate degree in Nursing or higher, an active RN license in Texas, and BLS/CPR certification.

Formación

• Associates degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year RN experience.
• Texas RN license upon hire; CPR/BLS within 14 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care.
• Design, direct, and document the plan of care for patients and families.
• Perform treatments, administer medications, and monitor responses.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Maintain patient safety and report changes to the care team.
