Formación

• One year of RN experience required.
• TX RN license upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Demonstrated competence per RN I expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient condition and needs.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and goals for discharge.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and notify changes to the team.
• Evaluation: reassess patients after interventions and adjust care.
• Report Skills: provide bedside reports and ensure continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe workspace and report hazards.
