Ascension Middleburg, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital facility. The position supports day shift and PRN coverage, performing conscious sedation, planning and documenting care, and coordinating with physicians during procedures.

Candidates must hold a Florida RN license and a current BLS certification. Diploma from an accredited nursing program is required; professional licensure is expected at time of hire.

Qualificações

• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Registered Nurse licensed by Florida Department of Health prior to hire.

• Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as needed.
• Prepare, implement, and document plan of care.
• Communicate patient condition to physician before, during and after procedures.
• Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.
• Set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Department of Health obtained prior to hire date orjob transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
