Springhill Hospice in Daphne, AL is seeking a passionate Hospice RN to join our team. You will provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people’s lives, and you’ll support families with empathy and guidance.

This full-time role features Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, on-site work with team collaboration and on-call rotation as needed. We value clinical excellence, documentation accuracy, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation.
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans that align with patient wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.

As a RN Case Manager You will:

Qualifications

• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.
