Job summary

Comfort Keepers of Marietta, GA seeks an RN Care Manager to design person-centered plans and mentor caregivers, ensuring seniors stay safe and comfortable at home. You will lead in-home assessments, coordinate with families and physicians, and champion quality across care teams.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing or 2+ years geriatric/home-care experience.
• Solid clinical assessment skills and problem-solving.
• CPR/First Aid certification and valid driver’s license.
• Warm, professional communication with families and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Plan – in-home RN assessments; craft individualized Care Plans with client/family approval.
• Monitor & Document – review daily care logs; track condition changes and interventions in HIPAA-secure EMR.
• Collaborate & Advocate – coordinate with physicians, therapists, and schedulers to keep care seamless and client-centered.
