Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing day-to-day nursing activities.
• Develop and maintain Nursing Service procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, records, and discharge planning as required.
• Coordinate with staff to plan care plans and ensure continuity of care for residents.
• Attend committee meetings and participate in quality assurance activities.
