Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Osborne, Kansas. You will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, supported by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals including a Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, compassionate care, and adherence to facility policies. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assessments, and nursing documentation.

Qualifications

• RN certification required.
• Caring, loving personality and demeanor required.
• Leadership and mentorship skills preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clinical care and residents' quality of life.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Monitor residents daily to ensure proper treatment administration.
• Keep RN Supervisor informed about residents and staff status.
• Implement changes directed by RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Perform nursing procedures per facility policy and procedures.
• Complete required nursing documentation for admissions, discharges, transfers.
