Job summary

Recover-Care in Osborne, Kansas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will join a supportive team of healthcare professionals and work under structured policies and procedures.

You will administer medications, monitor residents’ status, document care accurately, and communicate with the RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing to maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications

• RN certification required.
• Caring personality and demeanor.
• Leadership/mentorship skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered.
• Monitor residents and evaluate status.
• Document care and maintain charts.
• Inform RN Supervisor and Director of Nurses of resident status.
• Provide professional nursing care per policies and procedures: dressings, catheterization, etc.
• Maintain resident rights and safety.
• Present a professional image to residents and families.
