Apploi is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents in Kansas. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

You will have access to training, mentorship, and growth opportunities. In this role, you will enhance residents' clinical care and quality of life, administer medications, monitor status daily, and collaborate with the RN Supervisor and Director of Nurses.

Qualificações

• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• A caring, loving personality and demeanor.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work scheduled shift.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Enhancing clinical care and quality of life for residents.
• Preparing and administering medications as ordered by physician.
• Checking residents daily to ensure proper treatment administration and evaluating status.
• Keeping RN Supervisor informed about residents, staff and related matters.
• Implementing changes directed by the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Administering professional nursing services as defined by policies and procedures.
• Completing RN-required records for admissions, discharges, transfers, and chart filing.
• Giving and receiving nursing reports during shift changes.
• Investigating complaints and grievances and reporting to supervisors.
• Presenting a professional image to residents and families.
• Adhering to policies and standards.
